2015-2016 How to Submit Reports

Quarterly Reports, including records for attendance, citizenship, courses, tests, activities, and sports opportunities, classes, should be submitted to the CIAS office every 9-10 weeks, 4-5 times per school year.

4th Quarter: March 20 to May 28
Summer Term: May 29 to August 14

2nd Quarter reports due on January 22
3rd Quarter reports due on April 1
4th Quarter reports due on June 17
Summer term reports due on August 26

Dear CIAS parents and students:

Happy New Year! We pray that the Lord blessed your Christmas holidays, and you are settling back into a consistent homeschooling schedule with your family.

The 2nd quarter reports are due on Friday, January 22. The 2nd Quarter Grade Reports should include schoolwork and extracurricular activity records from October 18 through January 9. The Quarter Calendar and Quarterly Reporting Schedule are both posted on the CIAS website here: tboomerj7.wix.com/christianinstitute#!reports/cvfy. Please make note of these dates (the website and PDF have recently been edited).

All CIAS Students:
The reports that you need to be keeping/submitting to the office include the following:
Attendance Report
Citizenship Report
Test Score Record (for all academic courses)
Semester Reports (for all activities, sports, extra curricular activities, etc.)
Reading Lists
Elective Records (PE, PFA, etc.)
Community Service Records
Campus School Students:
If you child attends the CIAS Campus School, please turn in any and all extra curricular paper reports; you also need to submit their homeschool Attendance Report: media.wix.com/ugd/9652c7_356cf757c96a4347a20dde3422ec17fe.pdf. We do not need you to submit their schoolwork grades, as we have those at school.

You may email PDFs, hand deliver, fax, or mail your paper reports into the CIAS office.

If you turn in your reports later than January 22, please remit a $15 late fee per student's late report. Also, 2nd semester tuition payments are due this month (if you are paying your tuition in two half-payments) at this time.
