Last night was the January Parent & Senior Meeting here at CIAS.
We discussed College Applications, and wrapped up the info for College Scholarships for the year.
For all seniors that have not attended the Dec & Jan meetings and still pans to apply for a FL Bright Futures Scholarship, please fill out the FFAA online ASAP!!!!! OSFA Home Page
2nd Quarter Reports are due! I need these ASAP so that I can update everyone's transcripts for college applications. Please get these to me by February 3. If you are only dual enrolled and are not taking any homeschool classwork, you only need to send in your Attendance Report. All Community Service records need to be turned in at this time as well.
I am taking Cap & Gown measurements this week. I need all measurements to be taken by February 10 and have set aside an hour on that day to finish them off. Everyone who plans to walk in the May graduation ceremony needs to be measured AND needs to pay the $75 graduation fee and $24 cap & gown fee IMMEDIATELY.
You will be receiving a packet mailing with the info that was given out: Meeting Notes Formal banquet interest form

ATT: Seniors who plan on walking in the May CIAS Graduation Ceremony
I have scheduled a Cap & Gown measurement time for Friday, February 10, from 2-3 PM here at CIAS. Everyone that I have not already measured need to attend this meeting to get measured for your cap & gown.
If you live out of town and would like to participate in graduation, please contact me so that I can get your correct measurements by the February 10 date.
The fee for the Cap & Gown is $24, due by this date.
The class colors this year are black red and silver, so the gown is black, the honor stole is red satin, and the tassle is red and black with silver 2006 dangle. You will keep the cap and gown after graduation. You may also order an extra tassel for your car, etc.

To all Seniors (Class of 2006) and Parents:
It is now time to turn in your 2nd Quarterly Reports.
This would include the following: 1. Grade Report 2. Attendance Record 3. Any PFA, PE, or extracurricular report forms that apply to your student 4. Any registration forms that are missing from your student's file 5. Request an offical PJC transcript be sent to CIAS if you have not already done so for last semester.
For Seniors, this grading period cover all schoolwork completed from mid-October through December.
These records were due to be turned in to the school office by the Senior Meeting on January 26, 2005, so as not to incur late fees., but we are extending this to Febraury 10.
You may bring them to the Senior Class Meeting, or drop them off at the CIAS office; there is a collecting tray in the lobby for your convenience. Or you may mail them to the following address: CIAS 6100-H West Fairfield Drive Pensacola, FL 32506
If you send in your reports after Febrauary 10, please include a $15 late fee with your reports.
3rd Quarter Tuition is also due at this time. If you pay with credit card by arrangement, we will automatically charge your card and send the receipt to you.
Thanks so much!
