Ms. Mary Beth Jones will be teaching a Cooking Class at CIAS during the 2012 fall semester. She has taught this class at CIAS since 1999. Ms. Mary Beth enjoys whipping up culinary deliciousness in her own kitchen, as well as inspiring budding young cooks and bakers!
Principles of Food Preparation
